After years in the event industry in several markets (corporate, non-profit, venues, catering and private events), Allison wanted more, so in 2017 she jumped at the chance to become the new owner of PPPEG. She saw it as an opportunity to give amazing creative minds an amazing place to work, and sometimes play—and to provide, top-notch event production, design and decor services to the growing St. Louis market.
Allison provides thought leadership on all PPEPG accounts and plays a lead role in pushing the creative envelope with a solution-driven approach to every project.
She is always eager to get her hands dirty, and isn’t one to hide behind her CEO title. She’s approachable, helps out wherever needed and encourages everyone to bring their ideas to the table no matter what position they hold. Through all the brainstorming sessions and late nights, Allison’s there to push everyone towards their full potential - and to ensure everyone has a great time doing it!
VP, Sales & Marketing
A true industry vet who’s kept her vision aligned throughout her career by working with clients and teams. As the VP of Sales & Marketing, Betsy interfaces directly with our clients, potential clients, and industry partners to manage relationships, expectations and to help ensure that PPEPG keeps their finger on the pulse of what clients are looking for in an event design and production partner.
Affectionately nicknamed "hole punch" you can always count on Betsy to help the team see the holes in their plan and come up with strategic and focused ways to fill the holes and deliver a top-notch product to our clients, each and every time.
A true visionary with creativity flowing from every pore of her being, Brittany brings sher bright personality, amazing ideas and creative eye to an already stacked design team.
In addition to her event design skills, she is an accomplish floral designer as well and is responsible for all of the stunning florals produced by PPEPG. As the Design Director, she leads a team of talented designers whose sole purpose is to create stunning event designs for the clients we serve.
This multi-talented firecracker can do it all! She paints, sculpts, builds, sews and so much more (we could seriously be her all day if we listed all of her talents - it's just not fair!). No matter the creative challenge she always rises to the occasion and, together with her team of talented artisans, knocks it out of the park.
Tara has a solid background in theater, production and design and a crazy love for all things creative. She loves the creative process and working with our designers and clients to make even the craziest ideas come to life.
This guy's positive attitude and infectious smile is just one of the many reasons why our clients love working with Story.
As our warehouse manager he makes sure our event set-ups and strikes go as planned, and that our warehouse team and the clients we serve are always happy.

Soft Goods Manager
She sings, she dances, she sews and she is super freaking organized to boot! Katie manages our thriving soft-goods department and ensure the drape and fabric-based items we use in our designs is preisteen and flawless every time they go out for an event.
Together with her team they create some amazing fabric-based decor items, furniture covers, upholstery and stunning centerpiece designs.
Katie has a background in theater arts and loves to listen to a good podcast. Katie has an amazing eye for fabric design and is responsible for creating many of our stunning ceiling and draped entrance designs.
